• オーストラリアのスタジオと日本の生産チームとの連携役として、商品開発の各フェーズにおいて正確かつ円滑なコミュニケーションの支援
• 日々のスタジオ運営をサポートし、生産コーディネーション・サンプル制作・ワークフロー管理の補佐
• 商品生産スケジュール、仕様書、各種コミュニケーションの記録の整理・管理
• サンプリングから最終生産まで、ガーメントの開発進行のトラッキング・管理
• 一般的な事務処理・調整業務を通じてスタジオの円滑な運営を支援
• 自社製品・素材・生産プロセスへの深い理解の習得

求める人物像・スキル

• 日本語・英語ともに高いコミュニケーション能力（文書・口頭）
• パターンメイキングの経験または訓練を有する方、もしくはガーメント構造への深い理解力
• ファッション、テキスタイル、生産システムへの強い関心をお持ちの方
• 高い組織力と細部への注意力を持ち、複数タスクを同時に管理できる方

Heavy Weight Clothing Pty Ltd / MAN–TLE is looking for someone to join our Western Australia studio and support the development and production of our collections. This role sits at the intersection of design, production, and communication – working closely with both our Australian-based design team, and Japanese manufacturing partners.

As a Production Assistant / Studio Coordinator, you will:

• Liaise between our Australian studio and Japanese production team, ensuring clear and accurate communication across all stages of development.
• Support day-to-day studio operations, assisting with production coordination, sampling, and workflow management.
• Maintain organised records of production timelines, specifications, and communications.
• Assist in tracking garments through development, from sampling to final production.
• Contribute to the smooth running of the studio through general administrative and coordination tasks.
• Develop a strong understanding of our products, materials, and production processes.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is proficient in both Japanese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Has experience or training in pattern making, or a solid understanding of garment construction.
• Has a strong interest in fashion, textiles, and production systems.
• Is highly organised, detail–oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Works well within a small team while also being able to operate independently.
• Is proactive, reliable, and willing to learn and grow within the role.

Heavy Weight Clothing Pty Ltd / MAN–TLE is looking for experienced Retail Assistants for our new store in Fitzroy. This full-time position commences in May, 2026.

As Retail Assistant, you will:

• Provide exceptional, personalised service to every customer.
• Maintain an impeccably-presented store, ensuring merchandise and displays are in keeping with the brand’s standards.
• Support day-to-day operations, including stock management, replenishment, and assisting with events or product launches.
• Learn about our products, processes, and brand story to confidently guide and inform customers.
• Work flexibly across weekends, public holidays, and special store events.
  

We’re looking for people who:

• Have an established background in retail or customer service experience (ideally within an aligned environment that values precision, strong product knowledge, and exceptional customer care.)
• Can communicate clearly, warmly, and professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Work well in a small, dynamic team and takes initiative to support store operations.
